Today's card was made with a challenge in mind from over at Sunday Stamps challenge blog. I have a new stamp set that I'm using called Fine Feathers which will make a good masculine. First I punchd my ovals and stamped the feathers in black, theywere colored using my markers and blender pen. For the largest oval I used a layer technique that I saw over at frenchies stamps which was also used on a previous card post. I think it makes an interesting focal point on the card.
Supplies used:
Cardstock: Night of Navy, Crumb Cake,Old Olive,Very Vanilla and Black
Markers: Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie, daffodil Delight
Embossng folders: Fancy Fan and Square Lattice folders
All supplies are by Stampin Up

Hello Card
Hello stampers it been a few days since I did a post and card so I though I would add one today. I have had this idea in my head for a few days but couldn't find time to sit down and make the card until today. The card sketch that I used is from Sunday Stamps blog and I had planned to post for this weeks challenge but didn't quite make the deadline.
I am still stuck on the new in colors. I think its because of the new style of ink and the coverage that I get compared to the old ink. I used two different sizes of punches and stamped the design twice, once in color and one in black on vanilla card stock. Taking the colored circles I punched them out in different positions to create movement in the design of the card.

I think the card came out pretty good. Here is a list of supplies that I used for this card all are from Stampin Up unless otherwise listed. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I will try to do another post tomorrow along with a card or two.

Monday cards
Good evening everybody. I saw the cutest card today on a video by frenchiestamps she has some really neat cards and I loved to hear her demonstrate how it is done. I didn't have that stamp set she used so I had to improvise. I think mine came out pretty good so I might try it in different colors. It seems to work for any occasions. My stamping goodies came in today so I will be having fun tomorrow. I can't wait to use the new Lacey and Lovely set I think it will look good in the new midnight muse color. I also got the Fine Feathers set which will make some nice masculine cards. The new Reason to Smile set is a great deal in the promotion this month for only five dollars with a fifty dollar order.
Ok here are the cards that I made for today.I tried it with two different color mats and to me it is a big difference. I didn't have the same flowers but this works well for both. I will be back tomorrow and I hope everyone had a great weekend. Thanks for stopping by.

I thought I would try something different today. I was surfing the blogs and found one named Sunday Stamps that had a challenge using the new Stampin Up incolors. Since I have been making some cards with the incolors decided to post this card. I like the fact that you don't have to use all Stampin Up products because I like to branch out a little.I posted this card here a couple days ago but here it is again.
. Have a great day.

I just had to show you this card today. Last night we had First FridayStamp Club at Esthers. We had been looking at this card for a few weeks and Esther we could do it for one of our cards at club. There were a lot of pieces to this card thirteen to be exact so it is safe to say that this isn't a card to mass produce. I really like the antique look of this card maybe I will try one more.
The stamp set is Artistic Etchings
Have a great Saturday!

Well we made it
through Monday again I hope everyone had a great weekend. For my post today I want to show you some
cards that a friend of mine and I made. When Wanda Plonk and I get together we
always come up with some good ideas. From the start we decided that we were
going to use only Stampin Up products and we almost did. Since we both got the
new in colors cardstock and ink pad kit we decided to try them out along with
the designer series paper called Floral District. Before we knew it five hours
had passed but we came up with some pretty good designs. I will list all the products that we used
with each photo.
Cardstock: Daffodil Delight, Very Vanilla
Designer paper: Floral District
Ink: Rich Razzelberry, Gumball Green, Summer Starfruit
Punches: Modern label, 2 ½ “circle punch
For this card we went outside the box so to speak. The chevron pattern was made with stamps from papertrey ink. I’m not sure but I think the birthday wishes might be retired.
Birthday Wishes
Card:
Stamp Set: Quint-Essential Flower, Background chevronstripes: papertrey inkCardstock: Primrose Petals, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White,
Ink Colors: Midnight Muse, Summer Starfruit, Gumball Green, Primrose Petal, Raspberry Ripple
Punches: Decorative label, 1 3/4” scallop circle, 1”, ¾”and ½” circle punch
The ribbon is ½” seam binding that we dyed using gumball green. I came out really dark because we used the ink pad instead of using reinker.
I will post two more cards tomorrow, thanks for stopping by.
